White, and published in 1952, this classic children's chapter book tells the story of an unlikely friendship between a spider and a pig.This is a beautiful story about friendship and a great chapter book to read aloud. It is recommended for children aged 6-11 years old, though some younger children enjoy it, depending on how they handle their emotions, as Charlotte's goodbye can be difficult for some.
